Requests we support
- Access a copy of the information tied to your account
- Correct account or profile information
- Delete your account and stored Story Profile data
- Export the data you submitted through the platform
How to submit a request
Email paul@menatthemovies.com or use the quick-start link below. Please send your request from the same email address attached to your account whenever possible.
Verification
Before we fulfill certain requests, we may ask you to verify your identity so we do not disclose or delete the wrong person’s data.
Timing
We will respond as promptly as reasonably possible. Some requests may require additional time if they are complex, legally restricted, or require identity verification first.
